In order to help insure that your ceremony is personal and includes everyone and everything you envision...I like to provide you with a Ceremony Preparation Form. I invite you to fill it out to the best of your ability and then email it to me as soon as possible, preferabley no less than 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. That way I can go forward in preparing your individual wedding ceremony with the care and attention to detail that it deserves.
